Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive net-new business across defined territories, selling a comprehensive One Paychex platform.

You will run full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, build high-value bundles across PEO, HR, Payroll, Benefits, and collaborate with engineers and a broad broker network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales with a proven pipeline.
• Ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling to organizations with 100+ employees.
• Strong accountability and results ownership.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business across defined territories.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Bundle solutions across Paychex portfolio (PEO, HR, Payroll, Benefits) and earn accelerators.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and broker network in a team-selling environment.
• Own your pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
