Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager within Core Diagnostics based in the Central United States; this field-based remote role leads complex customer-facing implementations across large health systems. You’ll serve as the primary project leader from pre-sales through go-live, hypercare, and project closure to deliver successful customer outcomes.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment as projects evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing project implementations in healthcare or related technical environments.
• Experience coordinating software/hardware deployments and workflow transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise diagnostic implementation projects across multiple facilities, regions, or health systems.
• Develop and execute implementation plans, schedules, resource strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Support pre-sales planning with implementation expertise and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer leadership throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Informatics, Automation, Clinical Applications, Service Engineering, Operations.
• Guide projects through stabilization and hypercare to successful closure.
