Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Project Analyst, Desktop Services to coordinate, support, and implement enterprise client technology across HealthPartners. You will partner with IT, Facilities, and vendors to plan deployments, refresh cycles, and site-based initiatives.

You will develop project documentation, lead communications, track outcomes, and minimize business disruption while traveling to multiple HealthPartners locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) years of project coordination or project management experience supporting physical infrastructure or technology-related projects.
• Nine (9) years of Information Technology experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Ability to travel to multiple HealthPartners locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, implementation, and on-site execution support for facility projects and enterprise initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate technology needs into technical requirements and plans.
• Coordinate enterprise deployment of desktop, endpoint, network connectivity, and office technology solutions across teams and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project charters, work plans, and schedules.
• Plan, track, and communicate milestones, risks, and status updates to sponsors.
• Lead coordination of large-scale desktop deployments and technology refreshes.
• Ensure hardware and software requirements are planned, procured, and delivered for projects.
• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and business teams to coordinate changes impacting desktop environments.
