Job summary
Specialized Dental Partners, based in Franklin, TN, seeks a Senior Desktop Technician onsite to support Support Services and collaborate with remote engineering. You will lead endpoint deployments, provisioning, and policy implementation at scale using Intune, Autopilot, Group Policy, and Azure AD/Entra.
Travel to practice locations is required. You will troubleshoot Level 1–3 issues, maintain device baselines, and mentor junior staff while bridging the service desk and engineering teams to
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field or 8 years of equivalent experience.
- 5+ years IT support and 4+ years hands-on endpoint deployment.
- Experience deploying at scale with Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Experience with Group Policy and Azure AD/Entra policy.
- Willing to travel to office locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute enterprise endpoint and desktop deployments across multiple sites.
- Provision and manage devices using Intune, Autopilot, and related tooling.
- Apply and support endpoint policies via Group Policy and Azure AD/Entra policy.
- Design and maintain device baselines and repeatable builds.
- Travel to locations to lead or support large deployment projects.
- Serve as escalation point and document steps for future reference.
- Collaborate with service desk, engineering, and architecture teams.
