Leadership experience coordinating small to medium technical teams.
Willingness to travel regularly to ~15 off-site clinic locations.

Responsibilities

Manage desktop tickets and work orders for the client, assigning and following up on service requests.
Dispatch and guide desktop analysts across clinic locations.
Coordinate receipt, allocation, and installation of PCs, printers, laptops, and software with Finance.
Oversee hardware/software inventory, license management, and software installs.
Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
Document desktop procedures and Wyse device usage for Cerner access.
Provide Level 1–3 day-to-day desktop support for Windows and Office.
Lead HIS departmental project rollouts and workload prioritization.
