Job summary

Clarity Partners seeks a Desktop Analyst local to Chicago, IL to lead desktop support for a healthcare client. You will manage tickets, dispatch analysts, and oversee hardware/software lifecycle, moves, and license administration across ~15 clinic locations.

You will provide Level 1–3 support for desktops, Wyse devices, and networking, while collaborating with IT to resolve infrastructure issues. Travel is required regularly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a desktop analyst in an IT environment.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree, MCSE, A+, and Microsoft Office certifications preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly to approximately 15 off-site clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop tickets and work orders for the client, assigning and following up on service requests.
• Dispatch and guide desktop analysts supporting client clinic locations.
• Coordinate hardware moves and license administration with the client’s Finance team.
• Oversee software license management and software installation for client-purchased software.
• Provide Level 1–3 day-to-day IT desktop support for desktops, laptops, Wyse devices, printing, wireless, and networking.
