Job summary

Hennepin Healthcare is looking for an Enterprise Engineer (Intermediate) to join our IT team. This full-time role primarily supports remote work, with local candidates for on-site system upgrades. You will manage the lifecycle of healthcare applications and partner with operations to ensure reliable services.

Qualifications include an AA or Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience. Healthcare IT experience is preferred, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• AA or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Healthcare IT experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle for medium/large applications including deployments, maintenance, upgrades, and retirements.
• Analyze error logs from Windows, IIS, and related components.
• Understand basic security practices including firewall rules, credentials, TLS/SSL.
• Modify configuration files (.ini/xml) as needed.
• Learn IS&T tools (ServiceNow, Outlook, etc.).
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and create audience-appropriate docs.
• Provide first/second level support and troubleshoot tickets.
• Collaborate in a team-based environment; review interface engine messages.
• Understand HL7 message formats (ADT/Orders/Results).
• Maintain and support Citrix published applications.
• Provide on-call support as scheduled; perform other duties as assigned.
