Job summary

Pentera is seeking a Sales Leader, Enterprise to drive revenue across the West USA from a remote location. You will own the enterprise sales strategy, lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, and partner with executives to close multi-million deals in cybersecurity.

You will hire, coach, and scale the team, develop campaigns, and work with cross-functional leaders to shape product positioning and market approach in a rapidly evolving security market. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams in cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of $5M+ ARR in region.
• Experience selling to enterprise customers with complex cycles.
• Ability to build and manage channel partner relationships.
• Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the West Coast Enterprise sales strategy and grow revenue.
• Monitor team performance, report to leadership, forecast results.
• Provide market feedback to influence product strategy and positioning.
• Lead regular team meetings and support client visits.
• Hire, train and develop Account Executives.
• Define new campaigns to generate opportunities and ROI.
• Support and motivate local AE team to reach company goals.
• Cultivate upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
• Identify decision-makers and influencers to mitigate risk and close deals.
• Articulate Pentera's value at technical and business levels.
