Job summary

Centerbase is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of customers, guiding post-sales adoption and long-term value.

In this remote US-based role you will drive renewals, uncover upsell opportunities, deliver business reviews, and collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to ensure customer outcomes.

You will monitor health metrics, advocate for customers, and contribute to improvements of internal tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Customer/Client Success Manager in an enterprise SaaS business.
• Proven ability to manage a book of business and drive renewals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and drive adoption to create customer value and growth.
• Build relationships with a portfolio of customers and communicate clearly and proactively.
• Understand customers' business needs and help achieve their objectives.
