HirexHire, Inc. is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of 25–50 enterprise accounts from a remote US location.

You will drive retention, adoption, and expansion by partnering with Sales, Compliance Services, Engineering, Support, and Implementation. You will guide customers on best practices, monitor compliance performance, and help maximize platform value across HRIS, background checks, MVR, ELD, and e-signature integrations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Customer Success, strategic account management, or similar B2B SaaS role.
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts with complex operations or large user populations.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, driver qualification, or transportation compliance requirements.
• Experience managing renewals and expansion within a named book of business.
• Strong understanding of customer success metrics: compliance, adoption, retention, revenue.

Aufgaben

• Manage 25–50 strategic enterprise accounts and own relationships with key stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with transportation and compliance leaders to advise customers on needs.
• Drive driver compliance by monitoring performance and guiding customers to 100% compliance.
• Guide customers on best practices and maximize platform adoption.
• Identify opportunities to increase integration adoption across HRIS, background checks, MVR, ELD, e-signature, and other systems.
• Lead recurring customer meetings and business reviews to set priorities and next steps.
• Manage renewal and expansion forecasting and partner with Sales on growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Compliance Services, Engineering, Support, and Implementation to address customer needs.
• Share customer feedback to improve Client Success processes and product adoption.
