Job summary

SOCi, a leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location brands, seeks an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to serve as the strategic account leader, driving churn mitigation, revenue growth, and strong partnerships.

You will manage a remote, enterprise portfolio, influence C-level executives, and collaborate across sales, onboarding, product, and support to optimize onboarding, adoption, and retention.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise-level customer success experience.
• Proven track record of shaping customer outcomes and mentoring junior team members.
• Experience interacting with and influencing C-level executives.
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to changing job duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to identify and mitigate churn risks across a complex customer portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth initiatives for top-tier customers and expand product adoption.
• Coordinate across sales, onboarding, support, product, finance, and operations to execute initiatives.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and serve as trusted advisor to clients.
