Job summary

OneRail is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to own day-to-day health and growth of FedEx and strategic customer programs. You will coordinate delivery across product, operations, and engineering, remove blockers, and drive adoption and revenue growth. Remote or Hybrid (U.S.).

Qualifications

5+ years in customer success or enterprise account management.
Experience in logistics, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
Proven ability to manage complex enterprise relationships.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Own the customer relationship and serve as the primary day-to-day contact.
Coordinate launches and ongoing operations for strategic verticals.
Translate growth strategy into concrete plans and milestones with the program lead.
Rally cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Engineering, Implementation, Support) to deliver on customer needs.
Monitor KPIs and lead business reviews and status updates for customers and leadership.
Identify expansion opportunities and pursue them with the program lead.
