Job summary

Lumen is hiring a Customer Success Professional to partner with large enterprise customers, driving adoption and value realization across the lifecycle. You will support renewals, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional experiences with cross-functional teams.

You will leverage analytics, AI tools, and automation to strengthen relationships and maximize outcomes, while guiding onboarding, migrations, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Four+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles with enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and act as strategic advisor.
• Support complex customer needs with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Develop and execute customer success plans and onboarding strategies.
• Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, migrations, renewals, and growth.
• Monitor health and insights to address risks and maximize value.
• Lead business reviews, value discussions, and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Service Delivery.
• Leverage AI tools and analytics to scale customer success activities.
