Qualifications

• 8–12 years in customer success, account management or similar customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record in retention and expansion targets.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS sales and executive communications.
• Familiarity with composable/MACH architecture and APIs; CRM tools like Salesforce; Gong experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~20–25 enterprise accounts with multi-year success plans.
• Lead executive business reviews and connect product adoption to business outcomes.
• Mentor other CSMs and collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams.
• Operate remotely from the USA and act as main strategic contact across the lifecycle.
