Clutch is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own 12–15 mid-market Credit Union accounts with ARR $100K–$300K, guiding executive onboarding and ongoing success. You will bridge implementation and post-implementation care, partnering with product, support, and sales to unlock value at scale.

This remote US role requires ~15% travel and a mix of strategic advisory and hands-on problem solving to drive adoption and expansion across your portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or related role in SaaS/fintech.
• Experience managing mid-market accounts with complex stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive executive sponsorship and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 12–15 mid-market accounts with ARR $100K–$300K.
• Lead executive onboarding in implementations and guide post-implementation success.
• Drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct data-driven QBRs/EBRs with executive stakeholders and influence roadmap priorities.
