Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a customer success manager to oversee a portfolio of large enterprise accounts. You will guide onboarding, drive adoption, and ensure customers realize ongoing value from the platform.

Responsibilities include conducting success reviews, resolving critical issues with support teams, sharing best practices, and collaborating with Sales and Services to identify expansion opportunities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing outcome-based relationships with enterprise customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Willingness to travel and authorization to work in the U.S.
