Trovata is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own onboarding, adoption and renewals for a defined book of business, coordinating with CS, Sales, Ops, Product, Engineering and leadership to drive value.

This remote-first role emphasizes proactive engagement, risk management, and expanding relationships across customer organizations, with compensation between $90k and $120k, inclusive of bonus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Customer Success or account management in SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving outcomes and renewals.
• Strong communication with upper management and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer relationship including onboarding, adoption, renewals.
• Collaborate across CS, Sales, Ops, Product, Engineering and leadership to create value.
• Lead structured engagements (cadence calls, QBRs).
• Develop risk mitigation and save plans.
• Grow customer outcomes and renewals.
