Job summary

BSI is seeking an Enterprise Client Success Manager to join the Global Key Accounts team in a remote role (US or EMEA). You will manage relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring exceptional service, aligning with business goals, and driving long-term value.

You will partner with Global Account Directors and internal teams to support client objectives, onboard clients, and proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client experience across a global environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires proven experience in client success or account management.
• Strong relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating across internal teams and managing complex relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and project management abilities with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Global Account Directors and internal teams to align objectives.
• Develop and execute client success plans aligned with goals.
• Support onboarding and training for effective adoption of services.
• Identify and resolve client challenges with internal coordination.
• Monitor satisfaction, gather feedback, and improve service delivery.
• Coordinate across divisions for consistent service and support.
• Support quarterly/annual business reviews with performance updates.
• Identify growth opportunities through cross-divisional collaboration.
• Track engagement and key activities using CRM systems.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project/Program Management, or related field
