Job summary

The Vested Group, a Pine Services Group portfolio company and award-winning NetSuite solution provider, seeks a Success Manager to own relationships with large inVESTED PRO clients. You will partner with NetSuite consultants, lead executive reviews, and drive priorities from day one in a fully remote role.

You will manage multiple client workstreams, translate business needs into action plans, and escalate issues to keep engagements on track, delivering long-term value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, account management, consulting, or another client-facing role.
• Functional background, ideally in operations.
• ERP experience as an end user, administrator, consultant, or project lead.
• Experience managing relationships with large or complex clients, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive communication and consistent follow-through across teams.
• Comfort managing escalations and difficult client conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large, complex inVESTED PRO clients as their primary point of contact.
• Hold regular business reviews with client leadership—including C-suite stakeholders—to review progress and set priorities.
• Translate client business needs into prioritized action plans for NetSuite consultants and developers.
• Track timelines, scope, and resourcing across multiple client workstreams simultaneously.
• Flag risks early—low adoption, scope creep, stalled work, renewal concerns—and put a plan in place to address them.
• Lead client escalations and difficult conversations through to resolution.
• Coordinate with delivery, support, and account teams to keep client work on schedule.
• Recommend optimizations, additional modules, and process improvements that help clients get more out of NetSuite.
