The Vested Group, a leading Oracle NetSuite solution provider, seeks a client success leader to manage a portfolio of large ERP clients. You will serve as primary contact for executive sponsors, collaborating with NetSuite consultants to align priorities and drive value.

As the main liaison to client leadership, you will own escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery across complex accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in client success or relationship management within the ERP or NetSuite ecosystem.
• Ability to lead escalations and manage complex client relationships.
• Ready to hit the ground running with a full portfolio.

• Own relationships with the largest and most complex inVESTED PRO clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client leadership teams.
• Work closely with NetSuite consultants to deliver on client priorities.
• Lead escalations when they arise.
