Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Enterprise Client Success Manager to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion among our largest rehab therapy clients.

You will onboard new clients, guide adoption of Prompt’s platform, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery and renewals. You will engage with C-suite clients, manage post-sales activities, and advocate best practices to scale outcomes across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer value and success in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to manage executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Own post-sales onboarding and go-live experience for enterprise accounts.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and establish trusted advisor status.
• Monitor adoption, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and act proactively.
• Coordinate with sales, data, and product teams to address client needs.
• Lead client success reviews with actionable recommendations and outcomes.
