Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management, sales, or business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients to grow revenue.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across products and services.
• Oversee and renew contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to meet client objectives.
• Prepare and present account performance and industry trend reports.
