Job summary

FranklinCovey is seeking a Major Market Account Manager to expand relationships with large client organizations and drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals. You will manage accounts employing 500–5,000 people and coordinate with internal teams to deliver value that meets strategic objectives.

The role requires 3+ years in account management or sales, a proven track record in major markets, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, sales, or business development experience.
• 3+ years in a Major Market environment.
• Proven track record of growing client accounts and meeting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage Major Market accounts and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Monitor account performance and provide reports on pipeline and trends.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive client success.
• Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to clients.
