Job summary

FranklinCovey, a global leader in leadership and organizational performance, is seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager for Major Accounts. You will be the main point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from content, technology, and services.

The role emphasizes onboarding, renewal and expansion opportunities, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic guidance with a remote-first, nationwide client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in training and talent development at organization or division level.
• 1+ years in client-facing consulting with executives and multiple stakeholders/workstreams.
• 1+ years of account or project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients effectively to ensure rapid time to first value.
• Provide orientation to subscription elements and educate users.
• Conduct discovery to confirm desired results and understand learner environment.
• Advocate solutions by aligning content, technology, and services and outline implementation strategy.
• Provide training, tools, templates, and guidance for client launch and learner engagement.
• Build strong client relationships focused on driving results and value.
• Manage a high-volume client portfolio with calibrated engagement based on growth potential and client health.
• Deliver scalable 1:Many strategies with tailored 1:1 support when needed.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and advocate for client needs and issue resolution.
