Job summary

FranklinCovey is seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager for Major Accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients derive maximum value from content, technology, and services.

You will onboard, train, and guide clients, align solutions, and drive renewal and expansion while coordinating with internal teams. Strong communication and consulting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of training/talent development at org or division level.
• 1 year in client-facing consulting with executives and multiple stakeholders.
• 1 year in account or project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients effectively and ensure rapid value realization.
• Provide orientation to All Access Pass subscriptions and content.
• Conduct discovery to confirm desired outcomes and learner environment.
• Advocate solutions with relevant content, tech, and services.
• Train, provide templates and guidance for client launches.
• Build strong client relationships focused on measurable value.
