Job summary

Peregrine is seeking a Customer Advocate to own all customer relationships throughout contracts. You’ll be the voice of the customer to our engineers and support users with updates, workflows, and features to the Peregrine platform.

The role is based remotely in Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN with weekly onsite visits across the region. Travel roughly 60% of the time is required, and the position offers benefits and equity where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of direct experience supporting customers to adopt technical software solutions.
• Experience in enterprise software space or startup environment is a plus.
• Ability to travel ~60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own all customer relationships throughout the contract and serve as the primary interface between customers and Peregrine's teams.
• Interpret multiple data sources to ensure users maximize Peregrine platform value (dashboards, metrics, onsite visits).
• Collaborate with engineering and other teams to develop case studies and capture customer feedback to drive product adoption.
