Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Client Advocate to own all customer relationships across contracts and act as the primary interface between customers and our teams. You will drive adoption, translate needs to engineers, and ensure measurable outcomes for large deployments.

Position is based remotely in Tampa, FL with weekly onsite visits and travel across the region. You will work with agency leaders to grow value, renewals, and expansion, aligning complex priorities toward clear outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts.
• Experience working in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes beyond initial go-live.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort managing scope, risk, and complex cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer relationships across contract lifecycle.
• Interface between customers and engineers to deliver updates and workflows.
• Interpret data sources to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Travel 60% of the time and maintain executive-level relationships.
• Protect renewals and drive expansion through sustained value.
