Job summary

Peregrine is seeking a Client Advocate to own all customer relationships across major deployments. You’ll be the primary interface between customers and engineers, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion with executive-level stakeholders.

Position is remote but based in Southern California, with frequent travel across LA and Orange County. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $160,000 annually, plus benefits and equity where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts.
• Experience in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes beyond go-live.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort managing scope, risk, and complex cross-functional coordination.
• Technical fluency sufficient to partner with IT, Product, and Deployment teams.
• Experience supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Experience in public safety, government, or compliance-heavy environments is strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel 60% of the time across LA and Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end complex customer relationships across enterprise deployments.
• Translate technical delivery into sustained adoption and long-term value for executives.
• Partner with senior agency leaders and cross-functional teams to align priorities.
• Travel frequently within Southern California to support deployments.
• Protect renewals and drive expansion through measured outcomes.
