Abacus is seeking a full-time, hybrid or remote role for a dedicated account manager serving enterprise clients. You will own the client relationship from onboarding through steady-state operations, navigating complex, high-touch engagements in regulated environments.

You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, manage multi-stakeholder governance, and drive successful outcomes while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years in client services, consulting, account management, or implementation for enterprise or regulated clients.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
Comfort navigating organizations with layered decision-making and formal governance.
Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-facing.
Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsabilités

Own the day-to-day partner relationship for a small number of enterprise accounts from onboarding through steady-state operations.
Lead high-touch engagements in regulated environments and manage complex programs.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
Travel to client sites as needed to support deployments and governance meetings.
