Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of client experience in customer success or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and act as the primary advocate for assigned accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews to uncover expansion opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value and resolve issues.
• Manage pipeline and progress opportunities from initial contact to close.
• Maintain accurate client records and performance metrics in CRM.
