Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Enterprise Change Management Consultant to drive change initiatives and embed user adoption across the enterprise. The role collaborates with Culture Transformation, Communications, HR, Technology, and Global Service teams to align change plans with business strategy.

The position supports a hybrid work model with in-office engagement 1–2 days per week and opportunities to influence large-scale transformation efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in organizational development or business-related field with minimum 5 years in change management or business transformation.
• At least 2 years of project leadership experience; compatible education and experience accepted as equivalent.
• Demonstrated understanding of both technical and organizational change management.

Responsibilities

• Applies structured change management methodology to facilitate change and promote adoption.
• Leads, coordinates and provides visibility into engagement, communications, and training efforts for enterprise transformation.
• Provides strategic consultation to support adoption of change initiatives and behavioral shifts.
• Assesses magnitude and complexity of change, readiness, and risks.
• Conducts environment scans to identify challenges and resistance for stakeholders.
• Creates and delivers engagement and communications plans for stakeholders.
• Gathers feedback to measure success of change activities and align with objectives.
• Collaborates with Culture Transformation, Communications, HR, Technology, and Global Service teams.
