Job summary

RedCloud Consulting seeks a Senior Organizational Change Manager to support a complex, multi-year enterprise transformation spanning CRM, procurement, and HR/finance initiatives. This hands-on role requires quickly assessing the landscape, establishing an effective change operating rhythm, and delivering immediate value across programs.

You will drive stakeholder alignment, change readiness, communications, and adoption, partnering with executives, project teams, and end users in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 8+ years of organizational change management experience.
• Hands-on OCM delivery experience with artifacts, communications and engagement plans.
• Experience supporting large technology/business transformations.
• Excellent writing, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on change management delivery.
• Lead stakeholder and change-impact analysis.
• Conduct readiness and risk assessments.
• Develop communications strategies and calendars.
• Draft internal communications and change materials.
• Establish a change brand and operating rhythms across programs.
• Coordinate engagement rhythms with executives, managers, teams and end users.
• Develop change roadmaps and plan training needs.
• Design and facilitate stakeholder/readiness workshops.
• Track activities in SmartSheet and create leadership updates.
• Support PMs and program sponsor with tactical tasks.
