Job summary

Two95 International Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Change Management Advisor to drive large-scale organizational transformation initiatives. You will develop and execute change management strategies spanning processes, systems, and ways of working across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and enterprise project support within Healthcare, Research, or Academic environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Change Management experience.
• Experience working in a Healthcare, Research, or Academic environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level projects and organizational transformation initiatives.
• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise projects with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience working with organizational change methodologies and adoption frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and adoption management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide change management activities for transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption plans.
• Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments.
• Identify, engage, and support change champions throughout the organization.
• Partner with business leaders, project teams, HR, and stakeholders to drive successful change adoption.
• Develop communication and training materials that support organizational readiness.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and feedback sessions.
• Monitor adoption metrics and assess change effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers navigating organizational change.
• Support planning and execution activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote long-term sustainability and adoption of business and technology transformations.
