Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks an Enterprise Change Management Consultant to lead communications and organizational change management for the Business Project Management Office. The role requires collaboration with business leaders, stakeholder planning, and delivery of metrics demonstrating process effectiveness.

W2 compensation includes medical, dental, vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Remote, contract role with rate $75.00–$80.00/hr.

Qualifications

6+ years in project management, business analysis and/or change management with a bachelor’s degree.
Experience in banking or financial services.
Ability to develop communication and change strategies for business needs.
Strong relationship building and influence across organizational levels.
Creative problem solving with strategic communication solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead communication and organizational change management for BPMO initiatives with stakeholders.
Design and maintain change management standards, processes and tools.
Ensure adherence to change management standards across BPMO and project teams.
Manage change lifecycle from recording to closure and evaluation.
Develop and report KPIs and metrics to show process effectiveness.
Facilitate meetings to understand risks and mitigate impacts.
Collaborate with leaders to align change strategies with needs.
