Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks an Enterprise Change Management Consultant to lead communications and organizational change management for BPMO initiatives. The role is remote (Anywhere) and requires collaboration with business leaders, stakeholder planning, and delivery of metrics to show process effectiveness.

W2 employment includes medical, dental, vision benefits, 401(k) with company matching, and life insurance. Rate is $75.00–$80.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project management, business analysis, and/or change management with a bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Ability to develop communication and change strategies from business needs.
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Creative problem solving with strategic solutions to complex change challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications and organizational change management efforts for BPMO initiatives, including stakeholder identification, analysis, and messaging.
• Design, implement, maintain, and update change management standards, processes, and tools.
• Ensure adherence to change management standards across BPMO and project teams.
• Manage the full change lifecycle from recording to closing and evaluation.
• Develop and report KPIs and metrics to measure change effectiveness.
• Facilitate meetings to assess risks and mitigate impacts.
• Collaborate with leaders to align change strategies with business needs.
