Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Enterprise Change Management Consultant to lead communications and organizational change management for BPMO initiatives. This remote contract role requires collaboration with business leaders, stakeholder planning, and KPI reporting to demonstrate process effectiveness.

Rate: $75.00–$80.00/hr. W2 with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision; 401k with company matching; life insurance.

Qualifications

6+ years in project management, business analysis, and/or change management with a bachelor’s degree.
Experience in banking or financial services.
Ability to develop stakeholder plans and change strategies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building across levels.

Responsibilities

Lead change management for BPMO initiatives with stakeholder identification, analysis, and messaging delivery.
Design, implement, maintain, and update change management standards, processes, and tools.
Ensure organizational adherence to change management standards across BPMO and project teams.
Manage the entire change lifecycle from recording to closure.
Develop and report KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness.
Facilitate meetings to address risks and impact of changes.
Collaborate with leaders to align change strategies with needs.
