Job summary

Enterprise Change Management Consultant needed for a remote contract with Eliassen Group. You will lead communications and organizational change management for BPMO initiatives, collaborate with business leaders, and develop KPI metrics to demonstrate process effectiveness.

W2 employment includes a benefits package (medical, dental, vision), 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $75.00–$80.00/hr. Candidates with PROSCI certification and experience in banking are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project management, business analysis, and/or change management with a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities
