Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Enterprise Change Management Consultant to lead communications and organizational change for BPMO initiatives. The role involves collaborating with business leaders, developing stakeholder plans, and delivering metrics to demonstrate process effectiveness.

Responsibilities include creating standards, managing the change lifecycle, and reporting KPIs. Experience in banking/financial services and PROSCI certification are preferred; W2 basis with strong benefits are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 10+ years experience with a high school diploma/GED.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Ability to translate business needs into change management strategies.
• Proficient in building relationships and influencing at all levels.
• Creative problem solving for complex communication challenges.
• Able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project methodology and process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management efforts for BPMO initiatives including stakeholder analysis and messaging.
• Design and update change management standards, tools, and processes.
• Ensure adherence to change management standards across BPMO and project teams.
• Manage the full change lifecycle from recording to closure.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure process effectiveness.
• Facilitate meetings to assess risks and impacts of changes.
• Collaborate with leaders to align change strategies with business needs.
