Qualifications

• Ability to develop communication and change strategies quickly
• Capability to influence at all organizational levels

Responsibilities

• Lead communication and organizational change management for BPMO initiatives
• Design and maintain change management standards, processes, and tools
• Ensure adherence to change management standards across BPMO and project teams
• Manage the change lifecycle from recording to closing
• Develop and report KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness
• Facilitate meetings to assess risks and mitigations
• Collaborate with leaders to align change strategies with business needs
