Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is seeking an Enterprise Billing Success Manager to advance our enterprise billing practice. You will onboard RCM teams, train on billing best practices, and collaborate with sales on enterprise opportunities.

You will leverage deep knowledge of Prompt Reporting, AR practices, and Excel for data analysis to drive client success, reporting, and KPI insights across all sizes of teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification (CPA/CFA) is required or substituted by relevant experience.
• 5+ years in the medical billing industry, PT/OT/SLP experience strongly desired.
• Experience with enterprise-sized RCM companies (100+ therapists) in a success or leadership role.
• 2–3 years minimum of RCM leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and strong technical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard enterprise billing teams and train RCM staff on billing best practices.
• Assist sales on enterprise prospects during the sales cycle.
• Teach submission, posting, invoicing, AR and related best practices to Enterprise teams.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Prompt Reporting, Industry Accounting and AR practices; use Excel for data analysis.
• Provide reporting training on accrual accounting, AR reporting, and RCM KPI data.
• Support client accounting and finance teams in obtaining reports from Prompt tools.
• Understand the full revenue cycle and the role of EDI/ERA.
• Build relationships with enterprise billing teams and tailor workflows to new EMR/PM systems.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to respond to customer inquiries across our support channel.
