Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is hiring an Associate Billing Success Manager (BSM) to serve as a billing expert for customers via onboarding and ongoing support. You will collaborate with third‑party billing partners and in‑house teams to implement best practices and configure processes within Prompt.

You will train teams on submission, posting, invoicing, AR, and related workflows while growing with the role into full BSM duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the medical billing industry.
• Experience billing for outpatient physical therapy clinics.

Responsibilities

• Train billing teams on billing best practices and assist in transition to Prompt.
• Teach submission, posting, invoicing, AR and related best practices on Prompt.
• Configure workflows with clients' EMR/PM systems.
• Maintain deep understanding of product to respond to inquiries.
• Act as client champion via help desk to resolve inquiries.
• Proficient in reporting and spreadsheet manipulation to guide billing metrics.
• Push for customer satisfaction by delivering value and exceeding expectations.
