Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Billing Experience Manager to join our Success Team and become an expert in our billing/reporting suite. You will troubleshoot issues, work with engineers, and help scale our support for customers in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Rehab Clinician (SLP/OT/PT/COTA/PTA)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot and test use cases in software
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to learn quickly
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments requiring adaptability
• Occasional willingness to work beyond standard hours
• MS Excel proficiency
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• No prior billing experience required; training provided

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep understanding of our billing offerings to respond to customer inquiries across our single-channel support system
• Act as customer champion by providing ongoing support via our help desk platform
• Support development and updates of internal and external knowledge bases
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding customer needs and delivering value
• Learn and establish processes enabling the support team to run efficiently
• Identify opportunities to enhance product and service features based on feedback
• Assist in prioritizing billing tickets by quantifying needs and value
• Share user feedback with Product and help translate into valuable features
• Provide background support to Enterprise Billing Success Managers during client calls and triage tickets
