Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is seeking a Billing Experience Manager to join the Success Team and oversee billing inquiries within the enterprise billing ecosystem. The role requires medical billing understanding, strong analytical skills, and a passion for improving customer experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with engineers on billing bugs, expand the knowledge base, and communicate feature releases to customers, all while balancing workload and driving customer

Qualifications

• Experience as a Rehab Clinician (SLP/OT/PT/COTA/PTA)
• Highly analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, quick to learn autonomously
• Thrives in dynamic environments requiring adaptability and efficiency
• Willing to work extended hours when needed
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• No prior billing experience required; training provided

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of our billing offerings to answer inquiries across the support system
• Champions each customer by providing ongoing support via the help desk
• Update and maintain internal and external knowledge bases
• Deliver value and exceed expectations in each support ticket
• Establish processes and workflows for an efficient support team
• Identify opportunities to enhance product and service features
• Prioritize billing tickets by quantifying needs and value
• Share user feedback with Product to drive features
• Provide background support during client calls and document new tickets
