Job summary

BenefitHub is seeking a Business Development Account Executive to drive net-new revenue by selling directly to large and enterprise organizations, building relationships with HR, Benefits, and executive stakeholders, and closing new employer clients without brokers or intermediaries.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, engage enterprise buying committees, and collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to grow accounts in a high-autonomy role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise sales and B2B growth.
• Experience selling employee benefits, HR tech, or SaaS.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct enterprise sales to large organizations (5,000+ employees).
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.Coordinate demos, pricing, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Grow existing accounts with cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
