CAI is seeking an Enterprise Architect for the Chat Platform to lead design and implementation of enterprise-grade chat solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform and modern web technologies. You will drive features with high availability, low latency, and long-term scalability, while guiding teams on best practices and integrations with Daialogflow, GECX, and Genesys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in IT discipline (engineering or cloud infra).
• Minimum 5+ years translating business needs into technical requirements.
• GCP expertise with Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Firestore, BigQuery, etc.
• Experience with Dialogflow, GECX, AI Agents, IVA Voice, Genesys integrations.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, WebSockets, distributed systems design.
• Experience with CI/CD, observability, high throughput, security & auth.

Responsabilités

• Lead design of large, complex architectures for the Chat Platform.
• Ensure high availability, low latency, and scalability.
• Apply cloud-native tech (GCP) in solution development with practical trade‑offs.
• Ensure architecture aligns with stakeholder needs and business strategy.
• Mentor engineers and foster engineering best practices.
• Drive improvements for reliability and performance of the chat ecosystem.
• Define requirements and communicate them clearly to tech and non‑tech groups.
• Stay current on AI/ML, cloud infra, and conversational interfaces.
