Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field is required.
- 5+ years in IT architecture or cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with GCP and cloud-native architecture.
- Conversational AI experience with Dialogflow, GECX, and AI Agents is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive architecture decisions and mentor engineers.
Responsibilities
- Specify and design large, complex Chat Platform architectures.
- Ensure high availability, low latency, and scalability.
- Apply modern cloud-native technologies (GCP, TypeScript, Node.js) in solutions.
- Guide integration with IVA Voice, AI Agents, Genesys.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship.
- Maintain strong development practices and observability.
- Lead improvement programs to enhance reliability.
- Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
