Job summary

Automation Anywhere seeks an accomplished Enterprise Sales leader for a remote US role focused on AI Service Management solutions. The candidate will drive high-value opportunities, engage C-Suite stakeholders, and navigate complex sales cycles to close multi-hundred thousand dollar deals.

You will leverage MEDDPIC and proven methods to forecast accurately, while expanding a strategic, upsell-ready account portfolio across large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; solid educational foundation for sales.
• 5+ years in enterprise sales with big deals.
• Proven success closing deals $250k+.
• Experience with complex sales cycles.
• Familiar with Agentic AI or ITSM/CRM SaaS helpful.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities and build a pipeline exceeding 4x quota.
• Use outreach methods to engage prospects.
• Research target accounts to identify decision-makers.
• Develop relationships with C-Suite to understand needs.
• Present AI Service Management capabilities and map to pain points.
• Manage full sales cycle to meet/exceed quota.
• Grow portfolio and upsell/cross-sell within accounts.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast with MEDDPIC.
