Job summary

IEM is seeking an AI Operations Analyst to lead the enterprise AI intake, ensure smooth onboarding, and manage licenses and governance. You will coordinate proof-of-concept efforts, support tool access, and help scale AI adoption across the organization with compliant, efficient processes.

This high-visibility role requires collaboration with IT, security, and business teams, providing training, reporting, and SOPs to drive measurable improvements in AI enablement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT operations, help desk, business analysis, or a related coordination role.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to automate workflows or solve business problems.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, track to completion, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• AI Project Intake: front door for new AI ideas, gather requirements and route for scoping.
• User Onboarding & Offboarding: provision users, guide setup, deprovision licenses.
• Tool Request Intake & Triage: manage intake queue, verify justification, coordinate approvals.
• License Administration: assign, track, reconcile licenses and monitor utilization.
• POC Support: assist in building PoCs with sample data and stakeholder feedback.
• Platform Administration: day-to-day admin of AI platforms, access controls.
• AI Literacy & Training: plan and deliver literacy programs and training materials.
• User Support & Enablement: first point of contact for questions, escalate when needed.
• Usage Monitoring & Reporting: track adoption metrics and generate reports.
• Operational Documentation: maintain SOPs, FAQs, knowledge base.
• Compliance Checks: audits to ensure governance and data security alignment.
