Reflection is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive adoption of its AI deployment lifecycle across enterprises, owning end-to-end delivery from discovery to scaled adoption. You will partner with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver measurable business outcomes, navigating ambiguity with commercially sharp, AI-fluent leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Engagement Manager/Technical Program Manager/Deployment Strategist roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects to large enterprises.
• High technical acumen with AI/ML concepts and enterprise systems.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across large organizations.
• Able to drive organizational change toward broad adoption.

Responsibilities

• Support technical discovery sessions and structure strategic engagements, drafting SOWs with scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Enable FDEs during project delivery by navigating organizational complexity and accessing required customers, data and experts.
• Manage customer relationships with executive sponsors and technical leads, surfacing issues and celebrating wins.
• Lead delivery operations: sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, progress reporting, and executive updates.
• Support enterprise onboarding by coordinating teams to manage security reviews, legal approvals, and procurement with AEs.
• Manage scope and change requests, set clear expectations and negotiate modifications.
• Capture customer feedback to inform research and product priorities.
