This high-visibility role collaborates with IT, security, and business teams to drive practical AI use and optimization with strong emphasis on process, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT operations, help desk, business analysis, or related coordination role.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to automate workflows or solve business problems.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front door for new AI project ideas and guide proof-of-concept efforts.
• Onboard/offboard users and manage AI tool licenses and access requests.
• Monitor usage, track licenses, and maintain governance with SOPs and training materials.
